We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team to manage all aspects relating to marketing in our company. Our hiring philosophy is to keep our core team size small yet highly efficient through the use of automation and working with external vendors. As such, this new role essentially requires you to be a one-person marketing department. Together with the rest of our team, we will work together to develop our brand image and improve the customer experience. We are looking for someone who is data-driven and customer centric marketer. Are you the one? 

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns via various mediums such as email, social media and traditional marketing channels.
• Propose, execute and evaluate advertising campaigns via various networks such as Google Ads and marketplace ads such as Shopee and Lazada Ads.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across our various online and offline platforms.
• Generate content and assets for marketing and work with freelancers and agencies for design, photo/videography services or other content generation when required.
• Evaluate and improve on customer experience and purchase journey
• Assist in other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• Experience in managing and generating content for social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Experience with liaising with freelancers and marketing agencies for creation of assets
• Strong interest and basic familiarity with Electronics, Artificial Intelligence hardware and 3D Printing
• Creative and data driven
• Independant and fast learner
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle pressure and work efficiently
• Able to read and speak fluent English

Good to have:

• Graphic design, photography or videography experience
• Experience in data analytics 
• Experience in Python programming
• Experience with wiring and coding electronic projects

Working Hours: Mon to Fri  (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to keep up to date with latest developments in consumer 3D printing industry
• Review and keep 3D printing related products range up to date
• Research and identify new 3D printing related products and opportunities
• Provide customer service for all 3D printing related queries, including pre-sales support and after-sales technical assistance
• Setup, repair, maintain and upgrade in-house printers and customer printers as and when necessary
• Generate content related to 3D printing, including articles, videos and graphics
• Liaise with overseas suppliers on technical and after sales related issues
• Hire, lead and train a team of technicians to help with technical customer service in the future.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year experience with 3D Printer setup, repair, maintenance and upgrading, either as a professional working in a company, student working in a school or as an individual at home.
• In depth understanding of 3D printing technologies such as the workings of Fused Deposition Modelling.
• Strong interest in all things 3D printing related.
• Interest in learning about new technologies 
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle pressure and work efficiently
• Able to read and speak fluent English

Good to have:

• Experience and familiarity with Creality branded 3D Printers
• Experience with both FDM and SLM printers
• Able to modify and create 3D models using 3D modelling software
• Experience and familiarity with Raspberry Pi, Arduino and other electronic components
